With over 25 years of professional experience in the meat industry, Andrei mastered the art of working with nature’s most honest ingredient — beef tallow. As a seasoned butcher and meat department manager, he refined his skills in some of Toronto’s finest butcher shops, developing a deep respect for quality sourcing, purity, and precision.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Andrei also founded Maly Art Decor, a boutique interior design and wall-craft company known for its refined 3-D textures, brickwork, and artistic surfaces — all expressions of his eye for detail and design balance. Before his ventures in business, Andrei built a career as a professional athlete and head coach, dedicating over two decades to soccer at an elite level — leading teams, building champions, and cultivating a mindset of discipline, resilience, and leadership.
